We want you to love your Willow Pump fashion pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel must be returned in its original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Ship It Back

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Our team will inspect the items within 5 business days of arrival, and your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
